Total Ankle Replacement
Total ankle arthroplasty (TAA) is poised to surpass ankle arthrodesis (AA) as the primary choice for the treatment of end-stage ankle arthritis. Survivorship of implants in the newer generation of prosthesis now ranges from 92% to 97% at 5 years; and studies have shown equivalent pain relief, with better improvements in function and patient reported outcome measure scores, when compared to ankles treated by means of ankle arthrodesis (AA).

Ankle Fracture Surgery
Ankle fracture fixation using intramedullary fibular (IMF) nails has been shown to allow for earlier weight bearing, reduced wound complications, better union rates, and the absence of prominent hardware. IMF nailing has also been shown to afford equivalent clinical outcomes and a lower overall cost of healthcare delivery compared to traditional plate fixation, given the lower re-operation rate(s) for symptomatic hardware removal.

Minimally Invasive Bunion Surgery
Minimally Invasive Bunion Surgery affords improved cosmetic appearance with less pain and a faster recovery as compared to traditional open bunion surgery correction.
